1. Who we are
Reclaim ("we", "us", "our") operates this website to receive case information from individuals who believe they have been the victim of online fraud and to offer educational information and consultation services. We are an independent service provider. We are not a bank, a government agency, a law-enforcement body, or a licensed law firm in every jurisdiction we serve.
2. No guarantee of recovery
We do not guarantee that any specific amount of money will be recovered, that any specific outcome will be achieved, or that funds can be returned within any specific time frame. Recovery of funds lost to fraud is uncertain and depends on many factors outside of our control, including third-party cooperation, blockchain finality, and applicable law.
3. No legal or financial advice
Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You should consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction before making decisions based on anything you read here.
4. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to submit a case.
- You must submit information that is accurate, truthful, and your own.
- You must not use this site to submit information about third parties without their consent.
5. Intake submissions
When you submit the intake form, you authorize us to review the information you provide for the purpose of assessing your case and contacting you. Submission of an intake does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, or contractual recovery relationship. Any engagement for recovery services is governed by a separate written agreement.
6. Fees
Initial case review is provided at no cost. Any fees for further work will be disclosed in writing before that work begins. We will never ask you to send cryptocurrency, gift cards, or wire transfers in advance to "release", "unlock", or "tax" recovered funds — anyone asking you to do so is attempting a follow-on scam.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes any third party's rights.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site.
- Do not use the site to harass, threaten, or impersonate any person.
8. Third-party names and trademarks
References to third-party names, logos, or trademarks (including wallets, exchanges, and public figures) are used solely to describe services or contexts referenced by users. Such references do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless explicitly stated in a written partnership agreement.
9. Disclaimers
The site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to your use of this site or our intake services is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
